i'd like to enter text in the first column... and be able to sort it
alphabetically at a later time. is this possible in excel? |

Yes.
Enter your data in the column in any order. When you are done, select the column and pull-down: Data Sort... and then decide ascending or descending,etc. You can later add more entries at the bottom and re-sort. -- Gary's Student "JTMVOL" wrote: i'd like to enter text in the first column... and be able to sort it alphabetically at a later time. is this possible in excel? |
