Default Can you protect an excel document from being burned or copied?

Forgive me for my stupidity but i thought id ask anyway, any help even if its
a no is appreciated....

Nope.

Most solution you get would require macros and macros can be disabled by the
user.

And anything that depends on the file being opened in excel won't stop the user
from using windows explorer to copy it elsewhere.
