Default Macro won't work due to Security Setting?

I am trying to figure out a way to have a box w/ text appear every time
a spreadsheet is opened. I am distributing this spreadsheet to a lot of
people. They will not need to enter data but I want to provide
clarifying information. I did this with a macro and it worked great
except that all of the computers in my company have their securtiy
setting at high so the macro won't work.

Is there a way around this or another way to make some form of a text
box appear without it being a macro?

Thank you!

japc90, best to stay with the original post, how about adding a sheet with
your "clarifying information" on it, save the workbook with that sheet
active and they will see it when the workbook is opened, or add a text box
to your sheet with your info in it.

Thanks again. It is always the simplest answers that elude me.
