Default Formatting X Axis

I am building a simple line chart that "charts" stock prices by date. For
example the data series of prices is cell c2:g2, then I am selecting the
x-axis labels which are in cells c7:g7. Problem is, more than 5 date labels
are displayed on my x-axis. For example, only 09/18/07, 09/21/07, 09/23/07,
09/25/07, 09/27/07 are the true x-axis labels that should correspond to my
data series, BUT, dates such as 09/20/07, 09/22/07, etc. are displayed as
x-axis labels. How do I only display the x axis labels that pertain to my
selected data series. I must not be scaling the x axis properly. Thanks if
you can help. Sony
