I have a spreadsheet with drop down menues. One menu, for example, is
ethnicity which lists, Caucasian, Black, Hispanic, etc. There are no Hispanic people thus far. I've got a pivot table which grabs the data from the Ethnicity feild and creates a graph chart for it but since there are no Hispanics in the list, it is not listed. How do I get it to list all the selections even if there are no entries for it? Thanks in advance. |
