Default Not Found Function

I'm trying to use the function NETWORKDAYS in my Excel sheet (Excel 2003) and
it's not in the functions list. I keep getting a #NAME? message.

As explained in Help, for XL versions prior to XL07/08, it's part of the
Analysis Toolpak Add-in (Tools/Add-ins...)

By any chance do you need to re-install the Analysis Toolpak? Or are
you at a machine you don't ordinarily use? From the menu click Tools
Add-ins and check the box for Analysis Toolpak, then click OK. It may

take a moment to install.

I checked the Add ins before. They're all checked but still it doesn't
recognize the function
