Default open new window default

I want all files to open in new windows, not to be stacked into one window.
How do I make this happen?

Tools--Options, View tab. Check "Windows in taskbar". (only valid in 2000
and up)

Hi I am Frank !

I have the same problem and it didn“t help me. Yes the windows are shown
seperately on the bar but all are in the same window.
Please help to solve this so that I can work on 2 screens with 2 files
