Default How can I work in excel 2000 with the find window open?

I would like to work with the find window in the excel spreadsheet, rather
than have to close it each time I find the cell to delete the item.

Upgrade to xl2002 or xl2003????

If you're using xl2k, you may want to try Jan Karel Pieterse's FlexFind:
