Default freezing a row

I am working on what will end up being a very long excel sheet. I have all
of my headings in the first row. I know that there is a way to keep this
first row visible as the user scrolls down through the other rows, but I'm
not sure how to do that. Can anyone help me out with this?

Thanks a bunch!
