Thanks Kassie,
I will give it a go and write a before save script, it would be a big help to make it mandatory as in 2003. Thanks for your help Regards CBA "Kassie" wrote: So it seems, my friend! I do not find any indication that you can force it. Unless of course you write a before save routine to call it? Alternatively, having a button on the quick access toolbar makes it easy to get to it. -- HTH Kassie Replace xxx with hotmail "cba" wrote: Hi Kassie, Thanks for your reply. This opens the Properties dialog box manually, but does not force it to open on save, as I could in Excel 2003 through the options, has the option from 2003 been removed from 2007. Click on the icon, select Excel options, select Customize. In chose commands from, select all, go all the way down to Properties, select it and click on Add. -- HTH Kassie Replace xxx with hotmail "cba" wrote: I have recently upgraded from Excel 2003 pro to 2007 pro. In 2003 i was able to force the properties dialog box to be displayed on any save operation through the options, I cannot see any options in 2007 to achieve this. Any help would be apreciated.
