Default How can we transmit styles from one spreadsheet to another?

I feel there is a necessity to have a template like the NORMAL Template in
Word on Excel; I am not able to find it in MS OFFICE 2003.
Alternatively, At least we should have a provision to transfer styles from
one spread sheet to another to same time on repeated formatting.
Such a facility is anyway already available in MS WORD; so why not in EXCEL?
