Default Copy to list using Macro

Hi everyone

I want to copy a new entry (Name of candidate) in a list to the same location (e.g. a1,a2...) in another sheet and another list. However I need this to be automated (I assume a macro is needed). The information in each list is different, only the name of candidate (which is in column A) is the same and only new entries should be copied.
