Default Grayed Out Options Office XP Excel

From the File Menu Save; Save As are Grayed Out. Additionally in a Worksheet
if you Right Click on a cell with data the Cut; Copy; and Paste options are
also Grayed Out. No Protection is setup and a complete re-install didn't
correct the problem.

I'd do this to see if it helps.

Close excel
windows start button|Find|*.xlb
rename all the ones you find to *.xlbOLD

Then open excel and see if things are back to normal. If they are, rebuild any
customizations you've made to any toolbar.

If it's still bad, close excel and rename those *.xlbOLD back to *.xlb.
