Default Can't format cell color/text color in Office Excel 2003 in fil

Thank you for the help. Article is no longer available. To fix problem:

Go to Control Panel and click on Eas of Access Center

Change High Contrast option

Or

Hold Alt + left shift key + print screen

That will change setting to allow high contrast to be turned off for at
least that session.
