Default how do a set a button to add new row of list items on exel

I am trying to create a work sheet which will have colums of data in the lsit
form therefore as one row is completed I want to create a button which will
add a new row and this will contain the same drop down menus in each cell so
that specific uniform data is collected. i am using excel 2003. many thanks
