Default Format column and row headings

Hi.
How can I change the font for column (A, B, C, etc) and row headings (1, 2,
3, etc)?

Format Style Normal Modify

and then pick your desired formats.

Default Format column and row headings

I think they might be the font assigned to Menus
Control Panel, Display, Appearance, ...
in other words probably not something that you want to change.
