Right-click on a task bar and select Customize. Click on the Toolbars Tab, go
to the bottom, make sure Worksheet menu bar is checked and select it and click Reset and click OK. If still no luck, close Excel, then search your computer for *.xlb and rename any returned files by renaming the xlb part (or move them somewhere else). Then restart Excel.
