Default How to link a Worksheet for viewing, for muliple recepients?

Hello,
I have created a vacation calendar for my office and would like them to view
the updates by clicking an icon on their desktop to access the most current
vacation calendar worksheet saved on my desktop. Any help is great help for

I believe you are going to need to get in touch with your IT Dept. and
have them map a drive for you to be able to share your file with the
rest of your department.
