Default cursor movement

I don't know what I did, but now when I move my arrows the whole screen
scrolls not just the cursor to the cell I've directed it to. For example, if
I'm in the home cell of a1 and hit the right arrow, a1 stays highlighted but
the screen scrolls to the home postion as b1, with a1 highlighted but hidden
due to scrolling. How do I return to normal, in other words if I am
highlighted in a1 and hit the right arrow, a1 stays in the home position and
b1 becomes highlighted?

Default cursor movement

Tap your scroll lock key once.

You will find it at top right next to the Function keys.
