Default Linking workbook to multiple worksheets

Hello all
Hoping to get some insight on linking a workbook to multiple worksheets
My problem is as follows:
I wish to link cell B26 from a workbook named Physician to cell B27 in a
worksheet in a totally different workbook named Nurse1. I am doing this by
simply utilizing the = command.
The real issue is this:
I wish to then link cell B27 from the Physician workbook to cell B27 on a
new worksheet named Nurse2.
I wish to continue this incrementing pattern from the Physician workbook for
many diffenet worksheets.
Is there a way to accomplish this?
Thanks so much in advance
Ron

First, 'plot' out all of your links, make sure you really need the
'intermediate' ones or not. That is, if you're going to link several cells
through several workbooks that all end up pointing back to the same original
cell, why not just link all of the intermediates directly back to the
original?

Anyhow, start with all workbooks open. This is easiest because it allows
Excel to build the formulas up for you.

Taking your first example: go to the worksheet in workbook Nurse1 and click
in cell B27 of that sheet, type the = symbol
now select the other workbook, worksheet, and cell that you want to be
linked (B26 on a sheet in Physician) and simply press the [Enter] key at the
end of it all. The link will be created: B27 in Nurse1 will now echo the
contents of B26 in Physician.

When you close the workbooks, your formulas will be updated to include the
paths to the various linked files, no fuss, no muss.
