Default Conditional formatting

Hi

I've got the undernoted formula on my spreadsheet:-

=IF(T3<=R3,"No","Yes")

Could someone tell me how to make the yes turn red in the cell

Conditional FormattingCell Value is: equal to Yes

Format to red font.

I'm working from home right now and it worked on 2007 but will be using the
spreadsheet on 2003 when at work not back til tomorrow so will try then
