Default Cell protection ?

ToolProtectionProtect Sheet
Password optional then use the check boxes as pleased and click OK
NOTE : ALL cells are protected by defalt when you protect the worksheet.
You can either select which cellss to unlock or which to lock by :
FormatCellsProtection and checking or unchecking the LOCKED BOX.
This last step shoulb be done first.
Also this protection is weak, but can be used for regular users of XL.
