I have a summary report file that is linked to other files that I update the
info each week. I give the summary file a new name each week(basically the week ending date).When I save the summary report and open it up after the second week instead of keeping the original info it keeps updating with the most current info. How can I make the summary report file stop updating and just keep the info that it was saved with originaly for that week only. |

Break the links which converts the formulas to values then save.
