One of our users sent me a spreadsheet that she says isn't printing the
leading zeroes in a zip code field. She has the column formatted for zip codes. When I print the spreadsheet, everything looks good (i.e. all zips have the proper leading zeros on screen and on the printed output). Any idea what setting I can have her try to get the spreadsheet to print properly on her pc? Thanks for the help!! Ken -- akkrug |

Are the cells formatted correctly?
select the cells in question, go to the "Format" menu, select "Cells" (or press Ctrl+1), click on the "Number" tab, then choose the "Zip Code + 4" (not just "Zip Code") type under the "Special" category and click "OK". Hope this helps, Jim |
