Default Printing Leading Zeroes in Excel

One of our users sent me a spreadsheet that she says isn't printing the
leading zeroes in a zip code field. She has the column formatted for zip
codes. When I print the spreadsheet, everything looks good (i.e. all zips
have the proper leading zeros on screen and on the printed output). Any idea
what setting I can have her try to get the spreadsheet to print properly on
her pc?

Thanks for the help!!

Ken
