Default Trying to convert a excel 2003 to 2007, but it contain script.

I try regular format, macro enable format. It dose not work.

I'm not exactly sure of what you are trying to do, but I would suggest you
try it using the same file, but on another computer to determine if the
trouble lies with the FILE, or with the orginal COMPUTER.

How are you trying to "convert"? Why not just open in 2007 and then do
a "Save As".....
