Formatting in Excel 2007
Just what I was looking for.. Many Thanks "BoniM" wrote: Select B2 thru CZ2, on the Home tab, styles section, click conditional formatting and then New rule... Select Use a formula to determine which cells to format and enter this formula: =$A$12=TODAY() Click the format button, the fill tab, and choose your favorite shade of green. Click ok and ok to return to your sheet. Your range will only turn green when A12 contains the same date as the current date according to your computer. "pcor" wrote: if col a12 is todays date I would like to have b2 to cz2 backgroundcolor GREEN otherwhise leave B2 to cz2 as white background.
