Are you talking about 15 worksheets within one workbook?
And formula links rather than hyperlinks?
If so, the links will automatically be changed when you change a sheet
name.

So I guess you were talking about separate workbooks (in which case you
would need the destination workbook open when changing source sheet
name or saving the source workbook with a different name, for the
change to be automatic.

If you are talking about hyperlinks then you could use worksheet
functions such as
=HYPERLINK(CELL("address",[Book1]Sheet2!A1))
