I have an excel spreadsheet that I hyperlinked on an intranet site. There
are multiple users who need to change the spreadsheet on a daily basis. When they try to save it there is no save option. There is a save-as option but no save option. How or what can be done so that the save option is there? When you are in windows explorer and right click on it and tell it to open with explorer the save is there, it is only when you hyperlink it that it is not there when in explorer. |

Maybe it is being opened as read-only?
Only the first person to open it could have it as read-write Bill Manville MVP - Microsoft Excel, Oxford, England No email replies please - respond to newsgroup |
