Default html filter

Office 2003 can not use the HTML FILTER for Office 2003.

Also...WORD has a Save to Filtered HTML Web Page setting which lets you save
to HTML without the "extraneous" Office html code which is used for
roundtripping to HTML.

Unfortunately, Excel doesn't seem to have the same "Save to Filtered HTML"
setting. Is there a workaround?
