Default format pivot table

Hi,

I have a pivot table which has project names in the first column, and 'sum
of month' in the 2nd column (e.g 'Sum of Jul', 'Sum of Aug', 'Sum of Sep' for
each project.) Then it has the totals for each month in the 3rd column.
How can I change the layout of the table so that rather than having the 'sum
of' appear as a column, it displays as a row, with the totals in a second row.
So there will be one row with the headings 'Sum of jul', 'sum of aug' etc,
then each project will have a row with totals in it

thanks for any help
