Default users on shared worksheet

How do I get rid of multiple users on a shared worksheet. I do not want to
have to manually go in and remove them, when it is 2 weeks after they logged
off. Is there a glitch in the Excel 2003 program, and a fix for this?

Hi Susan, you can unshare it and then reshare it, this will force the other
names out of the field you're referring to.

I guess Protect your workbook with a password is suitable.
