Default How do I enter a formula that counts the duration spent

I am creating a statics sheet in excell and need to calculated the total time
spent on several different clients/projects in a day to show the total time
spent. Does anyone have a formula for this please.

Default How do I enter a formula that counts the duration spent

If you have a start time in one column and a finish time in another,
just subtract the start time from the finish time, assuming the times
are in Excel time format.
