Default

one way:

Use the CharacterSV() macro found at

http://www.mcgimpsey.com/excel/textfiles.html

Use a comma as the delimiter.

if you're unfamiliar with macros, check out David McRitchie's "Getting
Started with Macros" at

http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/getstarted.htm
