I have a insurance spreadsheet that I need to calculate the premium amount
based on the age of the employee. The rates are determined by an age range. My spreadsheet is like this: Age Premium 50 ? 30 ? The rates a under 30 .05/1000 30-34 .07/1000 35-39 .09/1000 40-44 .14/1000 45-49 .25/1000 50-54 .42/1000 etc |
