Default Running averages and time stamping

I am trying to set up a work sheet that will keep track of yields as the
parts go through several processing step and calculate the yield at each
processing step as well as final yield. I would also like to time stamp the
entries so that we can evaluate how much time each process took.

Your help would be greatly appreciated
