Default what happened to =networkdays(a1,a2) in office 2003?

the formula =networkdays(a1,a2) worked in office 2000. After i upgraded to
office 2003 it does not work. I get #name? error. I cannot find the function
in the function list, but it is still in the help and online help says that
the formula is correct. What happened?

Toolsadd-ins, select AnalysisToolpak, keep the office cd handy if it wasn't
installed
