Default How to find duplicate data in two tables, then listing it?(Excel)

I have two excel data, one is company A membership listing, second data is
company B 's membership listing.

I need to find all the members who have join company A and company B, by
using the the unique IC eg: S123456A. And get the list of company A who don't
join company B.

I guess SQL probally can do this, but I need to find the solution in either
excel or access. The data listing is around 50,000.

Please advise. Thank you very much!
