Updating formulas
Can I create a button to refresh all the formulas. Maybe Tools Options Calculation Check automatic calc

Updating formulas

http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/shortx2k.htm#calc normally you can use F9 to recalculate, Shift+F9 Calculate the active worksheet. Ctrl+Alt+F9 Recalculates all cells on all worksheets in all open workbooks. Updating formulas
You could make sure that Tools?OptionsCalculation is set to Automatic.
