Default Updating formulas

Can I create a button to refresh all the formulas. The IF statements
don't update when new information is input.

Default Updating formulas

see Calculate and Recalculation
http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/shortx2k.htm#calc

normally you can use F9 to recalculate,
Shift+F9 Calculate the active worksheet.
Ctrl+Alt+F9 Recalculates all cells on all worksheets in all open workbooks.

But asHoward indicates you definitely want to have calculation
set to automatic unless you have some really bad stuff.

You could make sure that Tools?OptionsCalculation is set to Automatic.

To refresh you can hit F9 or CTRL + F9
