I'd like to create a countif scenario where column A = Tech and Column C
<0. I've seen other threads with references to Sumproduct... can I use
it in this scenario? Any help would appreciated....

industry Ticker Change Count Count of changes
TECH IBM 0 tech 2
TECH DELL 5 Bank 2
BANK CITI 0
BANK SSB 20
