Hi Willis,

You can do it by using Range Name options from Menu. Select first Range of
cells for printing by highlighting it which you want to print first. Select
Insert ---Name---Define from Main Menu.Type a Name of your own choice for
this first print selection like "PrintDetial" and Click on Add Button.

Now Whenever u want to print this selection you can press F5 and List of all
range names will be appear in Goto Box. Click on your required range name
i.e PrintDetail. Now Press CTRL - P for Printing and Click on Selection
option. In this way u can make as many range names as u want and can do it
anything like priting,editing etc.

Thanks to join.

I've got a worksheet that has two columns for each month going out
three years some subtotals at the far right. Depending on who the
audience is, I need to print 12 months to a page (landscpae 3-pages) or
do a single page summary (portrate one page). Is there a way that I can
save my page layout and quickly switch between the two? I can't put the
summary data on a seperate tab (per my bosses request). I want to find
a way to save the page layout and print options and toggle between the
two.
