Default when i input (=r3*s3) the answer is not correct?

the answer comes up being short. For example 2*2 should be 4 but it totals
it at 3.

Hi

I can get that if I format the cells to Number, with no decimal places, and
have 1.61 in R3 and 1.91 in S3. Check the format of the cells and what the
formula bar actually says is in there.
Also check Tools/Options/Calculation tab is set to Automatic.

Andy.
