Default merge two excel documents

Can I merge two separate excel documents and compare them to essentially
track changes as one does in Word? The spreadsheets are pretty large and I'd
like to compare cells without using formulas. Can you help?

Not possible like in Word

there is a utility called compare written by Bill Manville and Myrna Larson
