Default Formatting cells

How do set up a cell to change color if I put a yes or no in the cell? Red=
no yes = Green

Hi

use conditional formatting, click on the cell in question, choose format /
conditional formatting
choose
cell value is
choose
equal to
type
yes
click on the FORMAT button - in the middle of the font tab you can set text
colour, use patterns to set background colour. click OK
then click ADD
choose
cell value is
choose
equal to
type
no
click on FORMAT button, set the formatting, click OK twice.
