Default Access to hidden cells

I understand that cells can be password protected to prevent changes, however
I want to know if it is possible to password protect certain cells that have
been hidden from being viewed by some users?

Someone may offer you a solution. If you would like to hide something from a
user, I would not put it in the spreadsheet. Anything placed into a
spreadsheet with a password can be accessed by anyone with a little
curiosity and an internet connection.

Excel passwords are not secure and can be cracked in a matter of minutes at
the most.
