Default Formula

Is there a formula for working out the WORKING DAYS between two cells? For
instance if i had one date in A1 another in A2, could I in A3 work out simply
if the dates exceeded 7 Working days or not, must be working days not
consecutive days!!??

Thanks in advance, Richard
