Default revert formula insertion to old method

inserting a formula using the shortcut from the menu bar has become a real
pain in the ....... in office XP. trying to change from one formula type to
another makes it impossible to get the expanded menu, and in addition, when
the formula expands into adjoining blocks, it makes it impossible to select
those blocks as part of the formula. It is the most common scenario that the
adjoining blocks are the ones involved in the formula. The same problem
occurs when the formula is lengthy and requires two lines in the formula
review box in the header area. I blocks the next row down and makes it
impossible to see or select that row. How about moving the whole sheet down
a row when the formula block expands to cover it.
