Default keyboard equivilent of the right-click

What can I press on the keyboard... when I am hovering over a cell to bring
up the sub-menu that I normall right mouse click to get... ?

Try this:
[Shift]+[F10]

(Hold down the [Shift] key and press [F10] )

Does that help?
