Default keyboard shortcut for right click

Is there a keyboard shortcut for right-click? I like keyboard navigation and
it would be great to bring up the right click menu without the mouse. I'm
thinking primarily in Excel, but also while viewing folder contents.

Thanks!

if you're using a standard windows keyboard, it is located to the left
of the right control key.
