Default Copy and dragging cells

Hi,
Does anybody know how to change the nature of copy and dragging of cells?
For example I have data in A1:A50.
Then on column B, I want to copy A50:A1 data to B1:B50. If I use formula =
A50 on B1 then drag it, it would increment. In this case, I want to
decrement. Is there a way to do this?

Thank you.
Alexandra
